Friendly folks to help you find your favorite cajun & cut to order meats at reasonable prices. Good selection in the frozen section as well. They also stock the bulk size (10+ lbs.) rice.

Great little meat market - a must stop whilst passing through Broussard. Billeaud's sells their own brand of boudin and seasoning, super friendly staff - the best of any convenience store. Wished they stock up on Konriko spices (and not just Konriko rice) to accompany their own brand. Get your sausage, steaks, tasso and crawfish boudin here :)

UPDATE!💯💯💯💯 Thanks to Chad for getting me a roast that I was looking for! You were so kind and helpful, saved the day for me! 😁👍💯 Always good hot fresh boudin and cracklins. Small mini convenience store. Frozen meat as well as daily fresh meat. Hot dogs and and chili for lunch! Nice ladies at check out! Plenty parking, someone leaves as another pull up!

I have been going here since I was a child with my mom and dad (approximately 1988). Their Boudin and Cracklin' is a staple. The Brit and I would have Boudin with eggs in the morning. That combo is actually pretty good!

Been coming here since I was a kid. Love the atmosphere. The small town feel. Boudan balls with pepper jack are my absolute favorite. And the gratons are some of the best in the state. Any time I am in the Broussard area I always stop by.

Stop by to try some cracklin's. I got half a pound. In the butcher area. The people are friendly. Travis is out front selling crosses. The Way.. is where he use to work with people. update 4/2/22 These cracklins have a little bit of a Cajun flavor. When I first got the bag I thought.. Wow Thats half a pound. It looks like a lot. The bag felt very light.. airy. Some of the cracklins are like pork rinds.. crunchy and light and some of it is meaty. ha ha ha Its different from the other cracklins that I have tried. I think the price is 22.99 a pound. Its just a snack. Well, I use the leftovers to flavor homemade soups and other dishes. Its ALL GOOD! p.s. I had a good time talking to Travis. Since he was wearing THE WAY shirt I was hoping to find him as someone that has a deep understanding or wisdom that I know. Umm.. A GAME PLAYER. He knows what he's been taught and willing to fight to get others to believe the same. I asked him if they make stuff they sell.. He said its from San Antonio TX.. OMG.. I could have brought you a fresh supply hahaha I guess they are just trying to make an honest living with a good message. The store customers enjoyed looking, buying and talking with both guys. Its a win win!

We were in Lafayette for a CT on my neck, when we decided after to stop for a bite to eat. We ordered 3 lbs of Boudin and 1 lb of cracklings and they were both fantastic! They were both seasoned to perfection and the cracklings were crunchy and tender. We were also impressed with the customer service, they were friendly and very accommodating. The cracklins and boudin are so good. I am glad I stopped in. Going to be the place I stop when I come to Lafayette.
